RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I've received my order, but it's not suitable. Can I return or exchange it?
We want you to love your Victoria's Secret purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Exclusions from the return/exchange policy: We regret to inform that in the interest of hygiene, we do not accept return/exchange of all briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties unless they are defective, or the wrong item was sent. We also do not accept return/exchange of any beauty or clearance items.
- We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 15 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 15-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
- If you are returning an item from an order that came with a gift with Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.
How do I return an online purchase?
- To return an item(s) of your order, click on 'My Account’ at the top of the page and sign-in to your account.
- Locate the ‘View all Orders’ tab on the left to view your order history.
- In the order history, select the order you want to return item(s) from and select Initiate returns from the top right corner select the items to return and submit the return and sit back while we arrange a pickup.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of a return being picked up and may take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
The refund will be issued by victoriassecret.in to your original payment method.
We seek your understanding with delays to your refund caused by special events (e.g., online sales).
I don't see an option to return my product, why?
All eligible items will be available for returns 15 days from the delivery of the item. if you do not see the option to return it could be that the item is not returnable or has not been marked delivered yet.
